Shipping & Exchange
All orders are dispatched from Singapore and we only ship locally at this moment.
Expedited shipping will be dispatched within 2 working days.
Standard shipping will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
You are entitled to a 14 days exchange policy should there be any issues with the shipped items. After 14 days from your date of purchase, we are unable to exchange your item.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to sent it back to you. No exchange will be issued in such circumstances.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be rejected.
To complete your exchange process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and images of the item/s you purchased.
Any costs incurred during the exchange will not be covered by Leather Atrium. Do note that we have to receive your return shipment before we can proceed with a replacement (same or lower-priced items only), so do ensure your parcel reaches us!
Exchange (Handcraft Leather)
We keep a strict No-Exchange policy for handcraft leather items. Should you have any product you wish to clarify, kindly send us an email and we will advise you accordingly.
For all our handcraft leather items, we offer a 3 months warranty which includes a complimentary repair service for the item/s purchased. Do reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
We do not offer refunds. However, we value our customers' satisfaction with all our products. If you have any issues, you can reach us at email@example.com and we will work something out together.
